A brief introduction about the Autowig app:

Autowig is an application that solves the problem of the scattered market of the vehicle servicing industry. In this application, users can book appointments for their cars to be serviced in a systematic way. They can also find the available service centres nearby and call them via the application. After getting their service done, the user can get an auto-generated invoice in the application. The application will also give the users regular prompts to get their car serviced every 6 months and will show the details about the previous servicing history.

2. Provides a systematic way to book appointments.
3. Provides a detailed servicing history of each and every car.
4. Reduces the need to use paper bills hence no unmanageable sheets of data.

User goals:

1. Omits the need for the users to search for various service centres nearby.
2. Less tardiness in the appointment booking process.
3. Reduces the hassle of paper bills and unorganized data.
4. Provides detailed servicing histories.
5. Reminder to service your car every six months.

User research

Due to a lack of time, I couldn't do multiple-user research. But I figured out that my father can be an ideal user for this application and thus, ended up interviewing him via telephone.
